Stand Up, Sing Out!
HW Mountz students were treated to an educational concert featuring local Roots-Americana musicians Thomas Wesley Stern.
Just a reminder.....12:40 dismissal days are Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Academic Awards are Wednesday at 7:00pm, 8th grade picnic on Thursday at 11:00am, Report cards and last day for Students is Friday. Graduation will take place on Friday at 7:00pm
Academic AwardsAcademic Awards will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 7:00pm in the Mountz Gymnasium. The marking period closes on Monday, June 17, 2013 and invitations will be sent home via students on Thursday through Tuesday as eligibility is determined.

Science Facility Architectural Specs Approved by BOE at April MeetingPlease take a look at the architectural drawings for the new science facilities for grades 1-5 and 6-8. These labs are planned to be installed in the summer of 2014. More information will be presented at a future SLED and PTA meeting. Click

BOE Update The BOE held its monthly meeting on May 20, 2013. Here is an outline of the actions taken. The next regularly scheduled BOE meeting will be held on June 24, 2013 at 7:00pm. Please view the Agenda for this meeting and contact the Superintendent, Mr. Bormann, prior to the meeting if you have any questions regarding agenda items. To accommodate the public, a change in business has been established. The meeting will open at 7:00pm with a roll call of the BOE members and then the Board will go into executive session. It is estimated that the meeting will be opened to the Public at approximately, but not earlier than 7:45 PM. An announcement will be made to waiting guests if a time extension is necessary.
